which is by now way over by the time she gets to read this...
anywhoo! quest involves either coming up with an underdark recipe, or drawing jarlaxle and co. cooking said recipe!
jarlaxle is getting his recipe here from a cookbook labeled "The Underdark Diet" by a certain Percival Gallard Woodehous (who of which can be read about in the short story titled "Volo Does Menzo" by Brian Thomson in the "Realms of the Underdark" anthology).
and apparently the recipe isn't going too well. kimmuriel and rai-guy are amused at jarlaxle's attempts at making rothe-hide stew. while berginyon, ever the faithful servant, is currently lugging around an extra hunk of rothe carcass to dump into the boiling pot of herbs and assortment of underdark fungi.
i drew the other bregan spectators as an afterthought.

I enjoy the fact that he is normally so collected when stuff doesn't go his way but right here... something seemingly so simple is ticking him off. He looks about ready to kill something. The intensity and detail of his frustration and the chibis in the background really make this hilarious!
